Upgrade your ticket: what’s possible?

You can upgrade your Saturday ticket to:
•⁠  ⁠Combi (Friday + Saturday) ticket
•⁠  ⁠⁠Camping + Weekend ticket (incl. afterparties)

How it works
You – as main booker – can arrange it yourself in your Basic Grooves order account. After you canceled the original ticket, you’ll receive a credit amount which you can use to purchase the new ticket.

Just follow the steps
•⁠  ⁠Log in onto your Basic Grooves-account via this page.
•⁠  ⁠Open your Onder De Radar Festival 2025-order.
•⁠  ⁠Choose the option EXCHANGE TICKETS.
•⁠  ⁠Select the tickets you’d like to change.
•⁠  ⁠Read the disclaimer and confirm that you agree.
•⁠  ⁠You will receive a credit amount (price + service fee of the old tickets) which can be spent in the ticketshop.
•⁠  Choose your new tickets in the shop and follow the usual proces.
•⁠  ⁠After completing your order, your old tickets will be made invalid.

Here’s how to do it:

• Log in with your Basic Grooves account via this page.
• On your order page, you can select a ticket and choose ‘Assign Tickets’.
• Now you have two options:
  • ‘Claim ticket for myself’ to personalise a ticket on your own name.
  • ‘Send to friend’ if you want to personalise a ticket to someone else’s name.

Personalizing tickets or changing the name on a ticket is possible until during the event.

Want to suddenly bring someone else along? No problem!

• Log in with your Basic Grooves account.
• On your order page, choose More actions and Name change in the menu.
• Select the right ticket (automatic if you only have one ticket).
• Fill in the requested details and select the correct payment method.
• Read the explanation at the bottom and tick to agree.
• Complete the Name Change by paying.

Changing the name on a ticket is possible until during the event.

Yes you can, through our Resale Platform! The main ticket buyer can do this.

How does it work?

• Log in to your Basic Grooves account. You have done this also while ordering; it works in the same way.
• Go to your order and then click on More actions in the menu and then on Resale.
• Select the ticket you want to resell and enter an amount.
  • NOTE: For example, if you want to set €xx,50 as the price, use a dot instead of a comma!
• You can resell your ticket(s) for up to 100% of the face value (excluding service fees).
• An 8% transaction fee will be charged to the person buying the ticket. Service fees originally paid are not refundable once you resell your ticket.
• You will receive confirmation as soon as your ticket has been resold. You can withdraw your ticket at any time as long as it has not been resold or added to someone’s shopping basket.

The Resale Platform will be online later.

We accept cash, but you can pay by debit card too! We have taken every possible precaution to ensure that you can use your card at all times. However, we recommend that you bring enough cash, because unfortunately something can always go wrong with technology. As the English saying goes, “Better safe than sorry!”.

Yes, it is possible to scan the QR-tickets from a mobile phone. Keep in mind that the internet connection is not always stable. We therefore advise you to download your ticket to your phone in advance and to make a screenshot so that you always have your digital ticket at hand. Also make sure that the brightness of your screen is at maximum.

Log into your Basic Grooves account via this page. While ordering, you have also done this; it goes in the same way.
Under Settings, you can change the e-mail address associated with your account. Any new orders will then be linked to the correct e-mail address.

Tickets will be available online during the event (if not sold out prematurely). There will be no door sales.

Also in 2025 Onder De Radar Festival will take place an entire weekend. This means a camping and afterparties!

One stage and one incredible headliner. Please note that Friday tickets are not sold separately and this day has very limited capacity.

𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦
Afterparties on both days, in the bunkers of the airbase until the early hours. Please note that these are open to camping visitors only.

The camping is close to the festival grounds at Vliegveld Twente.

The address: Oude Deventerweg 14, 7524 Enschede. Turn off your navigation as soon as you see the yellow signs ‘ODR’ / ‘Camping’.

You can only enter the campsite with a valid Camping + Weekend ticket.

At the entrance your luggage will be checked for compliance with the rules. Please read the campsite regulations carefully in advance to know what you can and cannot bring with you.

When you first enter the campground, or check in, you may bring your own food and drink. After that, this is no longer allowed.

Per person you may bring a maximum of:

• 4 liters of drinks: in this, no distinction is made between drinks with or without alcohol (= <15%, no spirits, no home-mixes or broken packages (so transferring is not allowed). Glassware is always prohibited!

Of course you will also find plenty of cold (soft) drinks in the camping shop.

What are you not allowed to bring?

• Shopping carts (only cross and push carts that can pass through the visitation gates are allowed – maximum width 70cm)
• Cars, bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, trailers, etc.
• Steam generators, batteries, car batteries, generators etc.
• Tap systems: self tapping kegs of 5L are allowed, provided you do not exceed the maximum number of liters. One person may bring a maximum of 4 liters of drinks in total.
• (Large) sound systems
• Glass or other sharp objects
• Weapons or objects that can be used as weapons
• Drugs or other narcotics or substances that can be used as drugs
• Open flames, fireworks, campfires or large BBQs
• Large gas bottles (small camping gas bottles [guideline: Campingaz 901 – 0.4 kg] and gas cartridges for camping stoves are allowed)
• Dry ice and nitrous oxide cartridges
• Graffiti, confetti, party poppers, paint, etc.
• Pets
• Merchandise of any kind without permission from the organization
• Promotional material from other events (flyers, stickers, posters, banners, etc.)
• Drones and professional photo & video equipment
• Anything prohibited by Dutch law
• Anything that can in any way spoil the atmosphere on the campsite

In case of doubt or discussion about the regulations, the organization always has the final say. Violation will result in removal from the campsite and denial of access to ODR.

Shuttle buses depart from Enschede Central Station to the festival grounds. These will continue to drive back and forth throughout the event. This is a ticket for both the outward and return trip.

For the return trip please take into account waiting time at the shuttle bus stop. Please also allow extra travel time for getting your belongings from lockers and the walking route to the shuttle bus stop. The last shuttle bus leaves the festival grounds at 00:30h. Check in advance when the last train leaves and keep this in mind.

You can park your car right next to the camping. It is about 10 min walk to the entrance of the camping.

It is not possible to spend the night at the camping with a camper/caravan. Only with your own tent.

No, this is strictly prohibited. The police and organization will strictly enforce this.

Yes this is allowed! But only with camping bracelet, which you get during the check-in, so make sure you have it on all weekend.

Please note, upon each re-entry you will be checked by our security.

Medications that are necessary in case of allergy or illness may be brought in together with a medicine passport. A medicine passport is available at any pharmacy. Please allow for an application time of approximately 3 weeks.

Too late to apply? Take something with you that shows our security staff that you really need the medication.

Gluten allergy?
We have very limited gluten-free food available on the festival grounds. We understand that you do not want any risk of cross-contamination or that the supply may be too limited. In exceptional cases, you can then bring your own (i.e. for 1 person) gluten-free food.

Note: please indicate this upon entry so that security is aware of it.

Making your own campfire is strictly prohibited. This also applies to fireworks, large BBQs, etc.

You can buy a disposable BBQ from our camping shop or bring your own from home.

Please note that only disposable BBQs are allowed!

The tent must be proportional to the number of people sleeping in it. There is no maximum size set for the tent. The rule for the area of the tent: 2 m2 per person. You may not pitch your tent just anywhere. The organization/camping host will assign you a nice spot where all exits must always remain clear.

Attention!

Tents may not be set up in advance, nor may they be brought onto the grounds by trailer. You must therefore carry the tent yourself or bring it on a cart that can pass through the entrance gates (maximum width 70cm).

The organization/camping host always has the right to refuse tents or change their location.

Yes, this is allowed, but the same applies to this as to the size of the tent as described above. Party tents can only be set up in the manner specified by the organization/camping host and must not exceed 3m by 3m. It is never possible for a group to make a circle with a party tent in the middle.

There are no electricity or water points at the campground. Of course, there are plenty of possibilities to charge your phone, blow-dry your hair or drink a glass of water. There will be additional general power supplies at the campsite, e.g. at the shower facilities.

Tip: make use of the showers outside “rush hours” and avoid waiting.

Power banks are also available at the camping shop.

Of course! After a big day of partying, you could use a shower and this is completely free. There are also flush toilets available.

You can safely store your valuables in one of the lockers. These can be purchased online, but you can also buy them at the information desk during ODR.

The camping shop has a large selection of food and drinks.

• Fresh from the baker: sandwiches, hot rolls, fried egg sandwich, croissants, snacks (sweet/savour);
•  Drinks: beer, mixed drinks, soft drinks, hot drinks;
•  Sweets, cookies and ice cream;
•  Juices, dairy, fruits and vegetables;
•  Camping supplies: powerbanks, poncho, flashlight, sitting mat, air mattress, beach chair, tents, etc.
•  Drugstore supplies: from paracetamol to antacids and from lens solution to sunscreen.

Note! Cigarettes are not available.

Keep ODR clean
We do not operate a recycling or deposit system (entire campground). A (voluntary) collection point will be set up in the camping shop.

There are no cigarettes for sale.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke under canopies, in bunkers, buildings and anything covered. This will be checked by the authorities, and any violation will result in a fine. You may only smoke outside on the grounds.

Disabled people can also camp on our camping. This is provided as standard:

• Wider entrance passage for wheelchairs
• Special shower
• Special toilets
• There are paved areas (asphalt/flooring), but we should add that some areas are less passable than others
• It is possible to get a parking space near the entrance
• Shuttle buses are well passable for disabled visitors

We understand that you may need more to get to ODR pleasantly. We are happy to think with you. Send us an email so we can look at a suitable camping spot, parking and related facilities together.

Are you coming to the event by bike or moped? Then use the bicycle shed. It is free, but not monitored. The parking facility is located near the entrance and clearly indicated by signage. Bicycles and mopeds that obstruct access paths or calamity routes will be removed.

You can also come to us with the rented electric scooters and bicycles. Check the application for the check-out location.

This year, you can travel to Onder De Radar Festival by bus. Whether you’re traveling from the far north of the Netherlands, or the south of Germany: we’ve got you covered. You can save money by getting a combi ticket (bus + entrance).

If you are coming to Onder De Radar Festival by taxi, please make sure that the driver follows the signs Taxi to the taxi stand, which is within walking distance of the festival site. When you leave the festival site, there will be taxis at the special taxi stand.

We collect all found items during and after Onder De Radar Festival. Everything that is not collected on the day itself is handed over to the municipality. All items will be placed on the “Lost or Found” website approximately 2 business days after the event. You can also make a report there yourself if you have lost something: see their FAQ for more information.
